About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and communicative Student Relations Executive to support and guide students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate must have strong communication abilities and a good understanding of Digital Marketing to effectively engage students.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, offering guidance, support, and counseling.
Assist students with course selection, academic queries, and career-related concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and reports.
Communicate updates, schedules, and important information to students in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing (social media handling, content creation, Canva, etc.).
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
