Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Student Relations Officer specializing in study abroad guidance. The role includes interacting with prospective students and parents, counseling students on education opportunities abroad. The role also involves maintaining student records, providing timely updates on their application progress, and coordinating with international institutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build and maintain relationships with students and institutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of university application processes, visa requirements, and study abroad opportunities
• Ability to provide personalized counseling and guidance to students
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and maintaining accurate records
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree
