Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Work at the Fair Future Kiosk in Lulu Mall, Cochin, engaging with walk-in students and collecting necessary information.
Explain promotional activities and offers related to study abroad opportunities.
Provide information on the countries we cater to for overseas education.
Talk about the travel and tourism services associated with our company.
Assist students with initial documentation and inquiries.
Maintain records of interested candidates and forward details to the respective department.
Represent the organization professionally and maintain a presentable appearance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule (9:30 AM – 11:00 PM).
Prior experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
