Student Engagement Coordinator

We are hiring a Student Engagement Coordinator whose Job Description should be as follows:

• Developing and implementing programs and initiatives to enhance student engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Providing support and guidance to students in various aspects of their academic and social life.
• Organizing and facilitating events, workshops, and activities that promote student interaction and personal development.
• Marketing poster updating
• Content Creation
• Testimonials / Feedback videos of placed students
• Research works
• Visiting Colleges and conducting event coordination

Key Responsibilities: Include tasks related to student recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using various technologies and software applications.
• Knowledge of student development theory and best practices.

Should have experience in event planning and management

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
