The Abroad Team Lead will oversee and manage the international education services, ensuring smooth admission processes for students applying abroad. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and fostering strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the abroad team to ensure efficient admission processing. Develop strategies to expand abroad markets and improve service offerings. Provide expert knowledge on international education systems and student placement. Build and maintain client relationships to ensure a smooth process from application to admission. Mentor and guide the team to achieve set goals. Competencies & Skills : Strong knowledge of international education systems. Leadership and team management abilities. Expertise in admissions for various countries. Strategic planning and relationship-building skills. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 3+ years of experience in education consultancy or abroad study services. Proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of global education trends.
