Student Visa and Admissions Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Student Visa and Admission Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide Students through the Singapore visa application process, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of visa policies, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience as Student Visa and Admission Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Guide Students on Study Abroad and visa application processes, requirements, and policies.
• Assess Student eligibility for various Singapore visa categories.
• Review and verify documentation for compliance with Singapore visa regulations.
• Assist Students in preparing accurate and complete applications.
• Address Student queries and provide timely solutions
• Stay updated on changes in Singapore visa rules and ensure adherence.
• Maintain regular communication with Students, providing updates on application status. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of Student documentation and interactions.
• Follow up with immigration authorities on pending or escalated applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student visa counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using office tools and documentation management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• 1-2 years of experience as student counselor
• 1 year of experience in documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
