Job Title: Student Counselor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Student Counselor to guide students, convert inquiries into admissions, and support the marketing team in achieving monthly goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students on available courses, career options, and admission processes.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups and communication.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain and update the student database with lead and admission details.
Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns, seminars, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents for long-term engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in counseling or education sales is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
