Student Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Student Counselor to join our team. As a Student Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students interested in studying in Germany. You will guide them through the counseling process, assist with documentation, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry to final admission.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students about academic programs, career options, and opportunities in Germany.

Understand and evaluate students’ profiles to suggest suitable universities and courses.

Assist students with the complete admission process including documentation, applications, SOPs, and visa guidance.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in German higher education and visa regulations.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth application processing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Counseling, or related field preferred).

Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, or overseas education is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple student queries professionally.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
