Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Student Counselor to support learners in their academic, personal, and career development. The role involves providing guidance, addressing student concerns, and helping them make informed educational and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counseling to students on academic, personal, and career-related matters.
Guide students in course/program selection and career pathways.
Address emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges faced by students.
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate counseling records.
Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrative staff to support student well-being.
Organize workshops, awareness sessions, and orientation programs.
Stay updated on counseling practices, educational programs, and student support strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to empathize and build trust with students.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Prior experience in student counseling or academic advising preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
