Sterling Study Abroad is a leading overseas education consultancy, committed to guiding students in achieving their global education and career aspirations. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate and dedicated Student Counselors to join our Chennai branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and visa processes.
• Provide end-to-end guidance on application procedures, documentation, and admissions.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions, presentations, and workshops for students and parents.
• Maintain strong relationships with students to ensure effective follow-ups and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest information on universities, courses, and country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
• Meet counseling and admission targets as per company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
• Prior experience in counseling/overseas education industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide students with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
