Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

VR Design Solutions, in association with 4Dimensions Infotech, is a growing CAD training institute specializing in upskilling engineering students from Mechanical, Civil, and IT backgrounds.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Student Counselor to handle career counseling, lead follow-up, and admission conversions for our CAD training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Counseling engineering students about CAD career opportunities.
• Cold calling and generating leads through various channels.
• Managing and updating the student database.
• Explaining course benefits and converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Coordinating with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Female candidates preferred.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in education counseling, telecalling, or business development.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
