Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, confident and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to handle tele calling, guide students, and help them take the right step toward a successful career. Your job is to engage with prospective students over the phone, encourage them to visit our centre, counsel them, and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make tele calls to prospective students
• Explain our job-assured training programs
• Counsel walk-ins and follow up on leads
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions

Requirements:

• Age: 22–35 years
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
• Qualification: Minimum Any Degree or Diploma
• Experience in counselling/telecalling is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Second Saturday - Holiday
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Based on performance)
