Your job is to engage with prospective students over the phone, encourage them to visit our centre, counsel them, and convert enquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Make tele calls to prospective students Explain our job-assured training programs Counsel walk-ins and follow up on leads Convert leads into confirmed admissions Requirements: Age: 22–35 years Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English Qualification: Minimum Any Degree or Diploma Experience in counselling/telecalling is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Second Saturday - Holiday Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Based on performance) Join a positive work environment and be part of a mission to empower students and create careers !
