As a Guidance and Counseling professional at our organization, your primary responsibility will involve assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. By leveraging their interests and strengths, you will guide them towards selecting the right courses, majors, and future career options. In addition to providing academic support, you will play a crucial role in addressing challenges that students may face, such as poor performance, time management issues, and learning difficulties. You will work closely with them to identify strategies for improvement and help them overcome obstacles effectively. Moreover, you will contribute to the personal development of students by nurturing essential skills such as confidence, communication, and decision-making capabilities. This is a full-time, fresher position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement.
