We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Student Counsellor to join our team at NBL International. The ideal candidate will guide students in exploring educational opportunities abroad, provide personalized counseling, and assist them in achieving their academic and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding courses, universities, and study destinations.
• Assist students in the application process, including documentation, admissions, and visa procedures.
• Stay updated with international education trends, university requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct informational sessions, webinars, or workshops for students and parents.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, students, and parents.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure follow-up on applications.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (femalle candidates only)
• Proven experience in student counseling or related roles (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to empathize and build trust with students and parents.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of international education systems and application processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
