Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Explain courses and programs to students
Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication
Coordinate the admission process
Maintain daily reports and updates
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
