To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a passionate and energetic female Career Counselor / Student Coordinator to join our Anna Nagar branch.

Job Role:

As a Career Counselor / Student Coordinator, you will interact with students daily, understand their career aspirations, guide them toward the right training programs, and ensure a smooth admission and follow-up process. You’ll also coordinate between trainers, placement officers, and students to ensure timely communication and an excellent learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents about software courses, training programs, and placement opportunities

- Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email

- Guide students through admission and enrollment procedures

- Maintain accurate records of students, inquiries, and course enrollments

- Coordinate with trainers and the placement department for schedules and updates

- Ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere within the branch

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, emails, etc.)

- Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

- OnlY female candidates can apply

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

- Candidates residing near Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Ayanavaram, or Koyambedu will be preferred

Benefits:

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
