Student Coordinator

The Student Coordinator is responsible for supporting and enhancing the student experience by coordinating student-related programs, activities, and services. This role acts as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and active student engagement. The Student Coordinator plays a key role in organizing orientations, events, academic support services, and student welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Support

• Welcome and onboard new students; conduct orientation sessions.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on institute programs, services, and policies.
• Act as the point of contact between students and faculty/administration.

2. Program & Event Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and execute student activities, workshops, seminars, and cultural events to boost campus life.
• Maintain a calendar of student programs and ensure timely communication.
• Provide logistical support for student clubs, societies, and special initiatives.

3. Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as a bridge between students and internal teams (faculty, student affairs, departments).
• Facilitate feedback collection and suggest improvements for student services.
• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders for collaborative events.

4. Student Welfare & Development

• Encourage student participation in extracurricular and leadership opportunities.
• Provide basic counseling support or referrals to specialized support services.
• Monitor student satisfaction and welfare trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
