Student Connect Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Connect Executive for our Kolkata Head Office to promote GLOBAL REACH brand and its services. The candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, and developing institutional relationships with schools and colleges in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Handle inbound calls, address queries, and provide accurate product/service information.
• Maintain customer records in the database (CRM/Excel).
• Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when needed.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional interaction.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills (multilingual ability is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Time management and organizational skills.
