Student Admissions Authority Officer

Role Overview: As a prospective candidate for this role, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding and interest in our products. Your primary tasks will include counseling prospective students and their parents in choosing suitable courses, assisting incoming leads in selecting the right product, and persuading them to conversion. You will also use scripts to provide information about product features, price, and benefits over calls for prospective customers. Regularly updating the in-house team to understand customer needs and maintaining tracking of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective students and parents - Assist incoming leads to choose the right product - Persuade leads to conversion - Provide product information over calls - Update the in-house team on customer needs - Maintain tracking of sales attempts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required Additional Details: In addition to the primary job responsibilities, you will benefit from health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
