Student Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

Amrutha Career Guidance is hiring Education Counsellors who can guide students and parents about course options, career paths, and admissions. We need candidates with a strong academic background, especially in Maths or Science, for better understanding of technical and professional courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming student enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Explain available courses: Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Abroad, etc.
• Guide students based on their marks, interests, goals, and family budget
• Maintain daily follow-up with potential admissions
• Assist in documentation and admission process
• Maintain CRM records accurately
• Cold Calling
• Support in seminars, events, and office activities when required

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Minimum Qualification: Degree with Maths or Science background

(B.Sc Maths/Science, B.Tech, MPC-related degrees)

• Only Experienced Candidates
• Strong communication skills in Telugu & English
• Good understanding of student career paths
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM)

Required Experience

• Experience in Education Counselling / Admissions / Telecalling / Student Guidance
• Ability to convert leads into admissions
• Confident in explaining technical & science-based courses
• Strong parent-handling ability

Salary & Benefits

• ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours

09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
(6-day work week)
