Structured Finance Manager

Job Description: As a member of the team supporting the Structured Finance products like ABS/MBS/CDOs and other Debt products like Syndicated Loan transactions where our client acts as Trustee and/or Agent, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting governing legal and issuer documents. This includes Prospectuses/Offering Circulars, Bond Indentures, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, Hedging Agreements, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret governing legal and issuer documents namely Prospectuses/Offering Circulars, Bond Indentures, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, Hedging Agreements, etc. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of Structured Finance products like ABS/MBS/CDOs and Debt products like Syndicated Loan transactions. - Proficiency in interpreting legal and issuer documents. - Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial instruments.
