Structural Engineer

As an experienced Structural Engineer joining the team in Shambhajinagar (Aurangabad), your primary focus will be on designing and overseeing structural systems in industrial projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This full-time hybrid position will require you to work both in the office and on-site. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with extensive experience and a strong educational background in structural engineering. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Structural Analysis and Design:** Perform detailed structural analysis and design for various industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - **Project Coordination:** Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. - **Site Inspection and Evaluation:** Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs. - **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and maintain comprehensive structural engineering reports, calculations, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - **Quality Assurance:** Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure structural projects meet specified standards and client expectations. - **Software Proficiency:** STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, SAFE **Key Requirements:** - **Experience:** 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, particularly within the industrial sector & PEB. - **Education:** Master's or Post-Graduate degree in M.Tech/M.E with a specialization in Structural Engineering or a relevant field. - **Work Environment:** Ability to work in a hybrid environment, involving both office work and site visits. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with industrial structural projects & Most Importantly PEB's - Strong understanding of Indian building codes and standards,
