Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design/Execution Head to lead our team of engineers in designing and executing structural engineering solutions for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership:
Lead a team of structural engineers, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Design and Execution:
Oversee the design and execution of structural engineering solutions for real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Innovation:
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and implement innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the real estate industry.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in structural engineering software, such as STAAD, ETABS, and Autodesk.
Certifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
