Qualifications and Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Structural Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful structural design projects. In - depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and design standards. Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e. g. , ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD. Pro). Strong understanding of materials properties and their behavior under different loading conditions. Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills to address complex structural challenges.
