Focus on Civil & Structural Design and Detailed modelling & Drawings:
• Power Plant 3D Civil & Structural design and Arrangement of all plant Structures & BOP Scopes • 3D modeling in Trimble Tekla / Autodesk Revit / Advance Steel • Generation of Structural Arrangement drawings including Civil inputs based on 3D model • Clash checks including iterations with Key Disciplines i.e. Piping, Mehanical, Electrical & HVAC designers • Structural Designing of large plant modules (prefabricatable, transportable) including Basic & Detailed of Primary steel design, Secondary Steel Design for piping and equipment supports, material take off and all instructions for Fabrication, mock-up assembly, transport and site erection.
Plant Engineering, 3D modelling for Steel and RCC structures, Design Drawings, Detailed Drawings, Fabrication Package, BOM, MTOs, BBS, Part Drawings, Erection Drawings, Construction Documentation, Transport Plan, Lifting Arrangements, Boiler, HRSG, TG foundation, Conveyor Structures, Galleries, Trestles, Platform designs, piperacks, Stairways, Stair towers, Transfer Towers, STP, WTP, AISC, ACI, EN, ISO, IS, etc.
