About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic REP team in Gurgaon . This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering innovative and efficient structural solutions for complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed structural calculations and design verifications for a wide range of structures. Propose advanced structural schemes to support fast-track and cost-effective construction. Analyze complex structural loads including blast and sea loads , using advanced engineering methods. Review and validate supplier structural drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and classifications. Prepare and submit comprehensive structural calculation reports to clients. Preferred Skills & Experience: Proven experience in structural steel design , offshore structures , and blast-resistant design . Proficiency in structural analysis tools such as SpaceGass , STAAD.Pro , and SACS . Hands-on experience with FEM software like Strand7 or equivalent. Strong understanding of international design standards and project specifications . Excellent coordination and communication skills .
