As an experienced candidate for the role, you must have proficiency in performing design calculations using SACS and Stadd Pro. Exposure to Process Hazard and Risk Analysis, including HAZOP and HAZID studies, as well as preparing close-outs, will be advantageous. Familiarity with the preparation of shop drawings for offshore jacket, topside, steel structures, and pipe racks will also be beneficial. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of design calculations, bill of material, datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews, and vendor design evaluation. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, and OISD. Hands-on experience with SACS and Stadd Pro software is a must. In addition to the technical requirements of the role, Petro6 E&C is involved in various projects, including Green Field Projects, Brown Field Modifications, Process De-bottlenecking, Field Process Studies, and System up-gradation.
