As a Senior Engineer - Design Review, you will be responsible for being well versed in design STADD Pro and AutoCAD software. You will coordinate with structural consultants and architects, reviewing design drawings of multiple structures in various projects to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Your role will involve administering and routing all projects through the design review process, serving as a primary point of contact for customers, and guiding them from the initial stages to the approval of entitlement. You will establish and maintain project review timelines and schedules, providing final verification of approval for design and entitlement review documents. Additionally, you will compile and analyze data, prepare reports and correspondence, and maintain records of design-related information, including recommendations for timely incorporation into drawings in coordination with architects. You will also be required to visit project sites as necessary, both in Bhubaneswar and across Odisha. In terms of technical and business-specific skills, you should have a total of 10 years of experience post B.Tech, with a mandatory background in High Rise Building projects.
