We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. Requirements: Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in structural re projects. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Skilled in using AutoCAD & MS Office tools. Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs. Ability to work well within a team, providing support and guidance when necessary. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements. Ability to suggest improvements in processes for increased efficiency and cost savings. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Possession of professional Quantity Surveying certifications would be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs. Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service Creating labor estimates for any project Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors Managing bids from vendors and contractors Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis Ability to prepare invoices, variations and cost reports Our company is based in Bahrain.
