Strength Trainer - Female

You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients" physical condition, fitness levels, medical history, and specific goals. You will develop individualized and evidence-based strength training programs tailored to each client's needs, considering any pre-existing conditions or injuries. Collaboration with physiotherapists for patients undergoing rehabilitation will be necessary. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing clear and concise instruction on proper exercise techniques, form, and equipment usage to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness. - Motivating, encouraging, and guiding clients throughout their training sessions, fostering a positive and supportive environment. - Demonstrating exercises effectively and being able to spot and correct improper form. You will work closely with physiotherapists to integrate strength training into rehabilitation plans for injured clients, ensuring exercises are appropriate and contribute to recovery. Educating clients on injury prevention strategies and being prepared to provide basic first aid if needed will be part of your role. Monitoring and documenting client progress, maintaining accurate records, and adjusting sessions as necessary will also be your responsibility. Additionally, you will provide general advice on nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle factors that complement strength training goals and overall well-being. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all strength training equipment and the training area, reporting any equipment malfunctions, and participating in professional development activities are also essential aspects of the role.
