INSYNC Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a passionate and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our growing team of movement specialists. If you’re someone who’s committed to enhancing athletic performance and helping individuals recover, rebuild, and move better — we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified in ACE, CSCS, or any equivalent recognized Strength & Conditioning certification.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with athletes, active individuals, or in rehabilitation-focused fitness environments.
• Strong understanding of functional training, injury prevention, and performance programming.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering evidence-based strength & conditioning programs for individuals and small groups.
• Collaborating closely with our physiotherapists, rehab team and sports coaches to support client recovery journeys.
• Working with recreational and profess athletes on performance development and injury prevention.
• Being part of a growing, purpose-driven rehab and performance ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
