As a Marketing and Communication Intern at Volkswagen Mrignac, you will work closely with the Sales teams under the supervision of the Sales Department and Marketing Service. Your role will be pivotal in animating the life of the dealership, local communication, and connecting with our customer base. You will be involved in diverse tasks encompassing content creation, event communication, and on-ground activations. You will be responsible for creating content and communication by capturing photos and videos that depict the dealership's activities, including integrating new team members, showcasing different roles, highlighting important events, and creating engaging video content for social media and internal channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing compelling content such as profiles, articles, and social media posts. Your duties will also include supporting internal and external events by organizing internal events like team-building activities, anniversaries, inaugurations, and employee challenges, as well as actively participating in client events like vehicle launches and open days. Furthermore, you will be involved in local marketing activations by proposing and implementing communication actions in the community, such as distributing flyers at markets, commercial areas, and local events, promoting the dealership through targeted street marketing operations, actively participating in these activities on the ground with the team, and creating necessary materials like posters, flyers, and signage. You will also provide assistance in operational marketing by updating communication materials both in print and digital formats, monitoring local commercial campaigns, contributing to competitive intelligence, and generating ideas for local promotions. The ideal candidate for this position is a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing, with a strong sense of communication, initiative, and teamwork spirit. You should be comfortable behind a camera as well as in fieldwork, have a good grasp of social media platforms, possess good writing skills, and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools would be advantageous. While an interest in the automotive industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. A driving license (Permis B) is desired for mobility across the 5 dealerships. This is an internship opportunity located at Volkswagen Mrignac, available as an apprenticeship contract starting in September 2025.,
