Job Title: Sales Executive – Location: Lucknow Department: Sales & Marketing We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves handling residential property sales — from client inquiry to closing the deal — ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets for ongoing and upcoming residential projects. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads for residential projects. Present and explain project details, pricing, layouts, and amenities to prospective buyers. Conduct site visits, coordinate with clients for property showings, and assist in final selection. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project specifications, construction stages, and legal documentation. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in coordination with the sales manager. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat sales. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM records. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and documentation teams for smooth booking and handover processes. Stay updated with competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales or property consulting. Strong communication and presentation skills (English and local language). Good negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. Knowledge of MS Office tools. Customer-oriented approach with a professional appearance and attitude. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
