The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and managing a skilled team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities related to resin cast (dry-type) transformers. Ensure adherence to quality standards (IS/IEC) throughout the casting and curing processes. Manage operations such as coil winding, core assembly, epoxy resin mixing, vacuum casting, curing, and final testing. Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production flow. Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as production output, quality yield, and operational efficiency. Lead and train a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators. Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Identify and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing practices, and cost-reduction initiatives. Strong knowledge of LT/HT electrical panels boards. Good understanding of electrical components like breakers, relays, transformers, wiring systems. Review and analyze project drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates for panel board manufacturing and associated accessories. Select appropriate switchgear, relays, meters, busbars, and other electrical components based on project requirements. Coordinate with the design team for GA drawings, schematic approvals, and customization details. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers for components like ACBs, MCCBs, contactors, etc. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers and pre-bid clarifications to clients. Liaise with customers and internal departments for clarification of technical and commercial issues. Maintain cost databases and update pricing for materials, labor, and logistics. Optimize costing to ensure profitability while maintaining quality and compliance.
