Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Department Incharge to lead our Resin Cast Transformers Manufacturing Unit . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and managing a skilled team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities related to resin cast (dry-type) transformers. Ensure adherence to quality standards (IS/IEC) throughout the casting and curing processes. Manage operations such as coil winding, core assembly, epoxy resin mixing, vacuum casting, curing, and final testing. Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production flow. Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as production output, quality yield, and operational efficiency. Lead and train a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators. Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Identify and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing practices, and cost-reduction initiatives.
