We are searching for a proactive and motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team. This hands-on internship provides a unique opportunity to learn and develop in a customer-facing role within a B2B healthcare setting. As an intern, you will engage directly with customers at various locations, comprehend their experiences with our products, recognize potential challenges, and ensure optimal product utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Customer Check-ins: Regularly connect with customers to gather feedback on their experience with Tricog's products and services, ensuring effective usage to meet their needs. - Report Feedback to the Team: Collect and convey customer insights and feedback to the teams for continuous improvement and development efforts. - Assist in Resolving Customer Issues: Collaborate closely with the product team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any challenges or issues customers may encounter with our products for a seamless experience. - Monitor Product Usage: Analyze customer usage data to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancements, enabling customers to maximize the value of Tricog's solutions. - Participate in Strategy Meetings: Contribute to internal meetings focused on improving customer satisfaction and retention strategies, providing insights and suggestions based on direct customer interactions. Qualifications and Requirements: - Proficiency in Marathi: Strong communication skills in Marathi are a must. - Residency in Bangalore: Candidates must be located in Bangalore as this role necessitates working from our office. - Eagerness to Learn: No specific educational or professional experience is necessary.
