What You'll Do
- Shape the company's digital and AI strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps. Program manage large, complex digital and AI Transformation engagements
- Identify high-value opportunities across the business and define clear value outcomes.
- Partner with product, data, engineering, and other business teams to bring AI initiatives to life.
- Establish standards, governance, best practices and COEs for responsible and scalable AI adoption.
- Track impact, communicate progress to leadership, and ensure successful enterprise-wide adoption

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Typical candidates is a Post Graduate in Management and possess 10+ years of relevant business experience.
- Should be an expert in advisory and consultancy service having demonstrated experience of working with CDO/CIOs in client organizations for shaping their business strategies and assisting them in implementing strategies for transformation.
- Familiar with next generation AI/ Gen AI platforms and products
- Worked with multiple Indian organizations in client-facing roles
Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to communicate to all levels of an organization.
