Position Overview

Strategic Marketing Manager

The Strategic Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, develop value propositions, and execute impactful marketing campaigns specific to the module business

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Competitive Analysis - Modules

    • Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning and growth.
  • Brand & Messaging - Modules

    • Craft clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to key markets and customer personas.
    • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and geographies.
  • Campaigns & Execution - Modules

    • Drive integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, thought leadership) to increase brand awareness and demand generation.
    • Collaborate with sales and business development to enable pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
  • Performance Tracking

    • Define KPIs and measure ROI of marketing programs.
    • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, or related roles (preferably in technology, semiconductor, or software industries).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of B2B technology markets (semiconductor, software, or automotive/industrial verticals is a plus).
