Strategic Business Manager (Medical Equipments)

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area. You will be in charge of developing strategies to meet sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that the company's sales objectives are achieved. Your key responsibilities include achieving sales targets by developing and executing strategies, leading, training, and motivating a sales team for peak performance, building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, analyzing market trends and competitor activities for adjusting sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and reporting progress to senior management. Additionally, you will need to ensure that your team has a thorough understanding of the products/services to effectively promote them. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in sales in biomedical equipment, including 2 years in a leadership role.
