Job Description

As a Strategic Business Analysis Manager at a Top Ten US Property & Casualty Insurer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the C-Suite to drive business performance and identify improvement opportunities. You will play a key role in collaborating with a diverse team to analyze data and present insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of business analysts to analyze data and identify areas for enhancement. - Collaborate with business partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop and execute data analysis strategies and processes. - Provide recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. - Present findings and recommendations to Executive and C-Suite stakeholders. - Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and patterns. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a premier institution like IIT or IIM. - 3+ years of experience in business analysis or strategy consulting. - 3 years of experience in a top-tier Strategy and Management Consulting firm. - Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a top ten US insurance carrier. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau. - Ability to manage a team effectively and prioritize work.
