1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding Acquire new HNI/Retail clients by calling the prospects who attended investor meets, references from existing clients. Understand client risk profile, investment goals, and income patterns to offer appropriate product baskets. Complete client onboarding process including KYC, FATCA, CKYC, and risk profiling documentation. 2. Relationship Management Act as a single point of contact for client portfolio queries, trade executions, and service needs. Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and suggest necessary changes based on market dynamics and life events. Increase engagement by recommending new products and solutions based on changing risk appetite and goals. 3. Investment Advisory (Non-Discretionary) Advise clients on direct equities, mutual funds (SIPs, lump sum), ETFs, bonds, fixed income products, PMS, AIFs, and insurance as per suitability. Explain rationale behind each product recommendation using market data, fund fact sheets, and research notes. Monitor portfolios using risk-return frameworks and rebalance when necessary. 4. Revenue & Business Development Meet revenue targets across brokerage, distribution, and fee-based income. Track client lifecycle stages and maximize wallet share through goal-based planning. 5. Market Research & Knowledge Update Stay updated with macro trends, equity research, regulatory changes (SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI). Read research reports, market updates, and product notes to be prepared for client discussions. Share weekly/monthly insights and newsletters with clients to maintain top-of-mind recall. 6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all transactions and advisory activities are compliant with SEBI and internal policies. Maintain call reports, transaction records, and advisory rationales for audit trails. Promptly resolve client grievances within TAT and escalate when needed.
