Strategic Alliance and Placement Manager

As a Strategic Alliances and Placement Manager for a management institute's Mumbai campus in Andheri East, your primary responsibility is to ensure successful placements for students. You should be comfortable with nationwide travel and possess a background in Management Institute/Education/Ed Tech/Skill Development. Having a strong network and contacts within the Clinical Research/Aviation/Healthcare industry will be advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits for students - Provide career counseling to students - Facilitate placements for students in reputable companies based on their skills and education - Coordinate between students and recruiters for Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) and placements - Establish new connections with recruiters, HR managers, and other relevant authorities in the corporate sector for student training, placements, and industrial visits - Prepare students for interviews and assist them in building their resumes - Accompany students during industrial visits, job fairs, corporate events, and placement drives Qualifications Required: - Any graduate/postgraduate with 10-15 years of experience in a management/technical institute - Demonstrated experience in student placement - Strong network and corporate relations within the industry - Preferred minimum age of 40 years - Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
