Salary (Take Home): ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking an STP Operator to manage the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant at our client’s manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, maintain plant equipment, and uphold environmental & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain STP equipment and machinery
Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs
Ensure compliance with environmental & quality guidelines
Maintain operational records and log reports
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or relevant trade)
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
Knowledge of plant operations & maintenance preferred
Preference for candidates from states outside Kerala
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
