STP Engineer / Technician

Job Title: STP Engineer / Technician Company: ZWC Solutions Private Limited Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Registered Office: Unit Tower A4, Plaza 106, Sector 106) About Us: We are ZWC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on building and maintaining Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). We're looking to grow our team and are currently hiring experienced professionals who understand how STPs work and can help us deliver quality projects. Who We’re Looking For: We need someone who has worked in the STP/ETP field for at least 3 to 4 years. You should know how STPs function and be familiar with the different processes involved. We want people who are practical, hands-on, and ready to be part of a growing team. Job Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations at STP project sites Monitor and manage treatment processes (biological, chemical, and mechanical) Work with pumps, blowers, filters, and other equipment Coordinate with the project team and vendors for smooth execution Ensure safety and quality standards are met on site Maintain reports and records of daily activities Requirements: 3–4 years of experience working with STP/ETP projects Good understanding of STP process flow and equipment Should be able to handle site activities independently Basic computer skills and reporting knowledge is a plus Willingness to travel to project locations if needed What You’ll Get: A supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with the company On-site learning and hands-on experience Competitive salary based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,098.35 - ₹28,743.79 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
