Community & Partnerships Associate Location : Gurgaon, India (Hybrid) Full-Time Experience: 2–3 years Reports to: Founder, Stories of Hope Who We Are Stories of Hope (SoH) is a Gurgaon-based community platform that creates spaces for people to slow down, connect, and grow through books, art, writing, and conversations. We host book clubs, creative workshops, support circles, and community events in collaboration with cafés, bookstores, and experts. We aim to build a community around meaningful connections — where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. Beyond B2C, we also partner with startups and corporates to design well-being programs that blend creativity, reflection, and emotional literacy. Role Overview We’re hiring a Community & Partnerships Associate to drive Stories of Hope’s B2C and B2B growth. In B2C , you’ll manage influencer outreach, WhatsApp community engagement, LinkedIn content, and support weekend events. In B2B , you’ll handle lead generation, onboard workshop leaders, join client pitches, and manage operations for converted clients. Key Responsibilities B2C (50% of the role) Influencer Marketing & Outreach Identify and onboard micro-influencers aligned with SoH’s brand. Build outreach campaigns to drive collaborations and visibility. Track performance and engagement impact. Community Engagement & Growth Manage SoH’s WhatsApp community with daily engagement (polls, challenges, teasers, conversations). Moderate discussions, answer queries, and foster belonging. Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Build a monthly LinkedIn content calendar (event highlights, testimonials, thought-leadership). Design visuals (Canva/Figma) or coordinate with a designer. Execute posts, track analytics, and optimize. Weekend Event Support Be present at partner cafés/bookstores for weekend events. Assist with coordination, registration, and participant engagement. B2B (50% of the role) Corporate Lead Generation & Outreach Research startups, SMEs, and corporates investing in employee well-being. Build a prospect database and run outreach campaigns. Share decks, proposals, and pricing with decision-makers. Workshop Leaders & Supply Building Identify, vet, and onboard expert facilitators (psychologists, artists, coaches, trainers). Maintain a structured facilitator database. Client Pitches & Demos Join the founder in corporate pitch meetings. Help prepare decks, talking points, and proposals. Post-Sales Operations Coordinate with clients and facilitators for smooth execution. Manage logistics, confirmations, and post-event feedback. Excellent written & verbal communication. Proficiency in Canva / Figma / basic design tools. Comfort with LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, and outreach tools. Bonus: Exposure to startups, wellness, or creative spaces. Salary Rs. 22,000/month + perks (event access, discounts, learning budget), total package worth ~Rs. 3.1 LPA.
