Store/Senior Manager

Job description of the Store/Senior Manager at Hans Traders, Ahmedabad.

The scope of work will include but not be limited to the following-

1. To ensure the cleanliness of the store from time to time and that the display remains perfect at all times.

2. To supervise daily operations and manage team members to ensure efficient workflow.

3. To manage the stock and inventory and ensure minimum wastage.

4. To keep a record of the stock movement.

5. To handle customer complaints and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

6. To ensure proper accounting.

7. To be a responsible leader who takes accountability.

8. To conduct inpections at other branches as well and ensure that they are functioning smoothly.

9. To prepare orders for the next day, based on the current day's sale.

10. To ensure that quality standards were met and inventory was properly managed

11. To assist with scheduling and performance evaluations of staff.
