As a Storekeeper at our company located in Kakkanad, Kochi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment, and performing tasks such as inventory control, inventory management, material reconciliation, and keeping up-to-date records for materials and machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory by receiving, checking, and storing new shipments to ensure stock levels are adequate - Oversee store operations, manage store staff, ensure smooth store functioning, and comply with regulations - Process sales transactions and maintain store cleanliness and tidiness - Perform periodic maintenance on equipment and infrastructure for store upkeep - Ensure store safety and security, monitor for theft, damage, or injury Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline - Proven experience in warehouse or workshop management - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office preferred - Tally knowledge will be a plus Skills: - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Ability to lift heavy items and operate machinery safely Additional Information: We are specifically looking for native (Male) candidates residing in Ernakulam only.
