Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining and following the procedures outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for day-to-day warehouse activities. This includes receiving materials, conducting physical verifications, and preparing Good Receipt Notes in the ERP system. You will also be required to affix status labels on received materials and update their status accordingly. It will be your duty to keep records in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), which involves tasks such as cleaning, balance verification, temperature monitoring, humidity control, and maintaining dispensing logbooks. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with various departments such as production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of relevant activities. You will oversee the storage of materials based on their specific storage conditions and handle the transfer of approved raw materials and packaging materials from the Quarantine area to the release area upon receiving the necessary approvals. Monitoring material retest dates, transferring materials between areas, informing QC, and facilitating resampling will also be part of your responsibilities. Issuing and dispensing materials according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) or Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and Material Requisition slips will fall under your purview. You will be in charge of updating software records, maintaining stock records, conducting physical stock verifications, and executing project work related to warehouse operations. Furthermore, you will review Quality Management System (QMS) documents such as Customer Complaint Forms (CCF), Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensure overall monitoring of ERP functions. You must adhere to the norms and SOPs for safe material handling, proper storage, temperature conditions, and documentation during Finished Good Receipts (Transfer) from operational material management. Your tasks will also include reviewing SOPs for material management and other departments, handling receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and packaging materials, managing Finished Goods receipt/issuance and dispatches, participating in scheduled Regulatory Qualification (RQ), and qualifying areas and equipment. Key Skills required for this role include accurate record-keeping in stock registers, bin cards, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), completing material issuance records, receipt logs, and dispensing logs, and complying with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Minimum Qualifications for this position include a Graduate degree in any discipline, M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm. Thank you.,
