As a Warehouse Executive, your role involves maintaining and following procedures outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for day-to-day warehouse activities. Your key responsibilities include: - Receipt of materials, conducting physical verification, and preparing Good Receipt Notes in ERP systems. Ensure timely communication by mailing concerned users and the purchase department. - Affix status labels (Quarantine) on all received materials and manage movements according to status updates. - Update records in compliance with cGMP guidelines, including tasks like cleaning, balance verification, temperature monitoring, humidity checks, and maintaining dispensing log books. - Coordinate with production, QCC, QA, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth departmental operations. - Store materials according to their specific storage conditions. - Transfer approved Raw materials and Packaging materials from Quarantine area to release area upon receiving approved Good Receipt Notes from QC. - Monitor material retest dates, manage transfers between approved and test areas, notify QC for resampling, and issue necessary intimation. - Dispense Raw/Packaging/Misc. materials as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Material Requisition slips. - Deduct issued materials from the software system and maintain accurate stock records. - Conduct physical stock verifications as per the schedule. - Execute project work related to warehouse operations. - Review QMS-related documents such as CCF, Deviation, CAPA, etc. - Monitor overall ERP functions and generate reports as required, ensuring compliance with norms and SOPs for safe material handling, storage, and documentation. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with various departments such as production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of relevant activities. Monitoring material retest dates, transferring materials between areas, informing QC, and facilitating resampling will also be part of your responsibilities. Your tasks will also include reviewing SOPs for material management and other departments, handling receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and packaging materials, managing Finished Goods receipt/issuance and dispatches, participating in scheduled Regulatory Qualification (RQ), and qualifying areas and equipment. Key Skills required for this role include accurate record-keeping in stock registers, bin cards, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), completing material issuance records, receipt logs, and dispensing logs, and complying with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
