Store & Warehouse - Senior Executive

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and following SOP procedures in day-to-day warehouse activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Receiving materials, conducting physical verification, and preparing Good Receipt Note in ERP systems before notifying concerned users and the purchase department. - Affixing status labels (Quarantine) on all received materials and ensuring proper movement as per status updating. - Updating records according to cGMP standards for activities such as cleaning, balance verification, temperature monitoring, humidity control, and maintaining dispensing log books. - Coordinating with production, QCC, QA, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth departmental activities. - Storing materials based on their specified storage conditions. - Transferring approved Raw materials and Packaging materials from the Quarantine area to the release area after receiving approved GRNs from QC. - Monitoring material retest dates, transferring materials, issuing resampling notifications, and updating QC accordingly. - Issuing/Dispensing materials like Raw/Packaging/Miscellaneous materials as per BMR/BPR and Material Requisition slips. - Deducting issued materials from the software and maintaining accurate stock records. - Conducting physical stock verifications as per schedule. - Executing project work related to warehouse operations. - Reviewing QMS-related documents such as CCF, Deviation, and CAPA. - Monitoring overall ERP functions and generating reports as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate recording in stock registers, bin cards, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), completing material issuance records, receipt logs, and dispensing logs, and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
